A Signing Agreement between the Governor's office, WDVA, Student Achievement Council, State Board for Community and Technical Colleges, Workforce Training and Education Coordinating Board, and the Washington Military Department is held in the State Reception Room of the Capitol, November 21, 2014.The agreement makes every effort to ensure veterans and their families have the support needed to be successful on Washington campuses.
