Gov. Jay Inslee joins other state officials on the Supreme Court steps to welcome Hyogo Governor Toshizo Ido and a delegation from Japan’s Hyogo Prefecture to celebrate the 50th Anniversary “sister state” relationship between Hyogo Prefecture and Washington State. The U.S. Navy band from the Kitsap Naval Base played the Japanese and U.S. national anthems.
