Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, and Washington State celebrate their 50th Anniversary “sister state” relationship by forging a new bond: A “sister marina” friendship between Port of Olympia’s Swantown Marina & Boatworks and Shin-Nishinomiya Yacht Harbor August 18th at Swantown Marina in Olympia.
